Ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Butter
4 oz Non-fat cream cheese
12 tbsp Packed brown sugar
12 tbsp Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
2 Egg whites
2 tsp Pure vanilla
1 cup Mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a separate bowl, the flour, soda, and salt are mixed together and set aside.
The sugars are combined with the softened cream cheese and mixed thoroughly until light and fluffy. The eggs and egg whites are added to the sugar mixture.
The butter is melted in a saucepan and swirled until a nutty brown color. The melted butter is then added to the sugar mixture with the vanilla.
The flour mixture is gradually added. When it is fully combined, add the chocolate chips (batter will be runny).
Bake on a cookie sheet prepared with an oil spray, such as Pam, at 350° F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
