Summer Smoothies

Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup frozen whole assorted berries
1 small frozen banana, cut into pieces

Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth

Yields
2 (1 cup) servings

Calories per serving = 150 kcal


Peachy Keen Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free yogurt (vanilla or peach)
¾ cup peach nectar
½ cup frozen berries (strawberry or raspberry)
1 ½ cup ripe peaches, diced

Directions
Combine nectar and yogurt, then add fruit and blend until smooth.

Yields
2 (1 cup) servings
Calories per serving = 220 kcal
