Healthy Steps Offers More Than Just Weight Loss

Prior to starting the program, Emily weighed 309 pounds. She had high blood pressure, difficulty breathing, and aching joints. Emily was not exercising and her eating habits were poor. After participating in the Healthy Steps Weight Management program, Emily has lost over 70 pounds.
